Soundlouder are terrible

I needed an Apple CarPlay head unit to replace the Toyota unit in my Landcruiser. I live in Hoedspruit so used a local installer who bought a Tesla Android unit that is supposed to run CarPlay natively according to these charlatans at Soundlouder the unit cost R19,000 - the moment it was paid for they lost interest. Now some 18 months later I have semi-functional unit and we cannot get it to perform the most important function i.e. to have the microphone work. I have been to other installers in Johannesburg and in Durban as well and they all said - bad luck but this unit is not fixable and that Soundlouder should sort this out.

However, Soundlouder have blocked my cell, my emails are unanswered and they don't respond on FaceBook or WhatsApp when they see it is me. In fact after complaining on their FaceBook page they blocked me there too.

If I make contact using another person they respond instantly hoping for another sale. NEVER EVER USE THEM. Another relative of mine also made the mistake of using them and after selling him the system they now refuse to help make it work properly.
