Service pathetic
Radio bought from company,October 2016,never used as vehicle written off,year later bought radio from owner,still sealed,once fitted it was found to be faulty,approached company but refuse to repair,totally unacceptable.

Thank you for addressing the issue here so that others can benefit. I have followed up on the details regarding the case and I see that you have previously addressed this via our facebook page.
With regards to the comment made on the 24th of november 2017 the agent has indicated that the system is no longer under warranty and will need to be booked in for repair at a cost determined by the technical team which you confirmed and accepted
Our products come with 12 months warranty with no exceptions.
The warranty on the system was only valid till 17/10/2017
