Poor customer service and not delivering

Ordered a amplifer and a subwoofer box on the 26th of october from them and I am still waiting. When I ask them where my order is they say no it will be shipped tomorrow. And know they say my items were in a courier that burned down so they have to send new items. They just lie and lie the whole time. Still need to resolve all of this.
