poor customer service

I have ordered a radio for a customer for a ford eco sport and money was paid on Tuesday 15/05/2023 and i am still waiting for a reply for a tracking number this is the first time ever that i have got such a bad service from buying online . i am still awaiting for my radio and tracking number. i wanted to buy another two radios but this making me doubt to buy from sound louder. The lady told me that my parcel was going to be picked up on the18/05/2023 and still no tracking number i have been trying to call but no answer this is really very un professional for a business
