Pirated Software
Dear Sound Louder,
Regarding my Nissan C30 radio bought from you @ R 7 480.81 Naviextras advised that the software on my radio is pirated and that they can't give me updates for my GPS map.
I have tried to contact you numerous times and sent various e-mails. No response. I think I handled the situation very calmly when I was told about this issue and gave your company the opportunity to rectify accordingly. However, I am not pass the point of being nice and you have brought this upon yourselves. You need to send someone to come take out your radio + refund my money this week still.
1. Reviewing your company on Hello Peter 2. Reviewing your company & the pirated software issue on social media 3. I have already contacted SAPS and requested advise 4. I reported your company to Naviextras
Hi Michelle
Thank you for addressing your issue here so that others can benefit. I have looked at your mail history and I have noticed that most of your engagement with us was mainly through the live chat facility on our website and with reference to the chat on the 9th of jan 2017 the live chat assistant provided you with a software to resolve the gps signal issue and you rep**** with an email on the 5th of february indicating that there is an encryption error with the software we provided which you indicated you would provide a print screen for us to decipher the cause of the error as this could result from a number of different reasons such as the encryption software
The software we use to compress our software is incompatible with some versions of windows and some winzip programs
I have however uploaded a new software for your use and please provide a screenshot of the error if the problem still persists and will try to provide a solution as soon as possible
Regards
