No customer service whatsoever!!!

Absolutely pathetic service. Have experienced numerous issues since installation. Despite many efforts using calls, emails, their website and whastapp, no response from them at all.

When you do get to speak to someone, it is like the first time they have heard of you, coming up with all sorts of excuses but no solutions at all.

Be very very careful when dealing with this lot. I will not change this review3 until they actually respond.
