Junk products, Pathetic service.

I bought a unit less than a year ago, so its still under warrantee. The unit has been degrading in performance since I got it. I contacted support and they said a firmware update will fix my issues. It has now been a month, I have sent many emails but still have not heard back from them.

Do NOT WASTE your money on their products. They are cheap Jun**** And absolutely zero after sales support!
