Failure to complete installation and passing the buck.

I bought a car radio system from Sound Louder which cost me R 15 000 end of August. I was made to pay in cash before they could start processing my order. They promised me that it will take 2 to 4 days before delivering the equipment. Firstly, the delivery took longer than their promised date, secondly they have been stalling the installation of the system for over a month now. Tee, the manager at this company has been making promises to come and do the installation but has never fulfilled his promise. He has resorted to ignoring my calls and even switching his phone off. Sound Louder which is a distributor of Brago car equipment has demonstrated that all that these two companies represent is cheating their customers. As soon as they receive money from you they stop expediting on behalf of the customer and they dont even care whether you are expressing dissatisfaction with them or not, as long as they have your money.
