Exercise Extreme Caution

We purchased a new head unit for our car, and were repeatedly told that it was on its way. We eventually gave up hope of receiving the unit, and instead asked for a refund - this was met with more promises that the unit was on its way and would arrive soon. After repeated following up by us, they stopped responding - no product was delivered, no refund given, no reason for either. Worryingly, we also noted that there was an online claim by them to have done an installation, using our street name and car model. We lived on a small street and ours was the only car of its kind there.
