Do not purchase from this website!!!
I purchased a radio from [URL Removed] after having many problems with it I paid R350 for shipping to JHB for repairs. Apon return the (repaired) radio (still broken) was missing 4 *****s and the cover was loose. I complained and was told a replacement will be sent to me. I then didn't hear from them in over a month. I managed to get the employees cell number which led to many empty promises and no shows. It's been 4 months now and said radio still not working. So do yourself a favour. Don't purchase from [URL Removed] there is no after sales service. Rather purchase directly from manufacturers.

First of all I would like to commend you for your review. I see that a response has been posted however not in the appropriate section and think its best we reply here so that others can benefit
As we see in our system, your order history indicates that you order was received on the 13th of december 2013. Your initial request for repair was sent on the 19th of december 2013 which was after your warranty had expired
We were unable to successfully repair the unit as the unit was out of warranty and we would not be able to get the parts from our suppliers
We have however sent you firmware files to update the software and hope that this has resolved the issue with the unit
We hope that we have managed to clarify all the issues and have high expectation that such situation will not take place in the future.
