Bad Service
I'm really unhappy with Sound Louder. I made payment a week ago, they said that I will receive confirmation of shipping on the 7th of October 2021.... did not receive anything from them. now the only number they have is off. They don't even answer their own online support on there website or any emails send to them.

11 Nov 2021, 12:44It is the 11th of November 2021, i placed a order on the 4th of October 2021 till today they did not send my order. I mentioned the bad service i received on facebook, it has been removed and i got blocked on their page. So what happened was i placed a order for a car radio and reverse camera. after struggling to get hold of them and posting on facebook and hello peter they send me a radio and rear view camera. BUT it was a second hand radio and not the one i ordered. so been struggling to get a hold of them.... eventually i got a hold of someone and they told me shipping will take 3 -7 working days... we standing on 14days and still nothing. what ever you do don't buy anything from them. they are USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the Radio in Des 2021, just so you know order was placed on the 7th of October 2021. The radio was the radio i ordered, but the memory was not upgraded as per the order i placed. The one consultant that eventually anwsered the told me i would receive a wireless charger for the service i received that to was a lie from sound louder. I did not even bother to send you the radio back because i know i will wait another 6months for you to send back the radio.
