Bad experience with Sound Louder
They have promised me a radio and said they got one after the original one never arrived. Said they got one from one of there partners that they will send to us the following week and if they receive the original ordered one they will keep it in stock until it gets sold. Never the less when I phoned them on Monday 9/9/2024 they did not answer there phone's but send a message saying that they have refunded the deposit and could not find a radio. After allot of lies then they say this and our radio is a insurance claim which we almost lost of all there lies. I promoted there company but now I see they are unable to deliver on there promises they made. Very bad experience with Sound Louder.

02 Oct 2024, 11:00Thank you for your feedback. However, there seems to be some confusion regarding the situation. The original order was placed by a fitment center, not directly by you. Upon their request, we processed a full refund, as they had also informed us that the order was linked to an insurance claim
As we acted on the fitment center's instructions, we could not proceed with fulfilling the order based on a third-party request.
Please understand that we were in constant communication with the fitment center, and the decision to refund was in line with their request.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are always open to discussing any further concerns.Kind regards,
