Terrible service, **********. DONT GO NEAR SOUNDBOYZ

Found sound boys on the internet. Called them to inquire how much it would be to remove a subwoofer from one car to install in another. I was told R200 over the phone. I was selling vehicle so I needed to remove the sub asap. I went to soundboys. All they did was un***** the sub. They did not remove wiring or anything. I assumed it would be a R50 job. He tells me its R200 for the removal. And to reinstall will be R1200.i paid the money and drove off. I later called him and I said this is ********* as he told me over the phone everything would be R200. He said dont worry when he fits the sub in my new car he will give me back the money. Today I went to fit the sub in my new car. The customer service is terrible you have to constantly supervise what is going on as the person installing is drunk and stinking of alcohol. He just wanted to get away with doing the work. He told me first he doesnt have the correct wiring I must come back some other day. Then i had to ask the owner if he has the correct wiring and be the middle man in this game. Anyway the owner just sits in his little room there and doesnt supervise anything. So when it was time to leave I told the owner 'thanks' for everything. I didnt ask for my R200 and he didnt even offer. I will not advise anyone to go there. Unless you want to get ripped of and get terrible service.
