Poor services rendered.

After two weeks after purchasing a bed from Sound Asleep, Three Rivers there were damages to the base of the bed. We contacted the sale person and showed them photos of the damages to the base.

They wanted us to pay the delivery fee again to replace the damaged bed. After refusing to pay the delivery fee the sales person refer the matter to the store manager and said she will get back to us. The manager also requested photos of the damage, which we send to her. We continuesly contacted the manager to follow up on the matter but she never answers the phone and never return our messages.

We purchased the bed the 5th of December 2022 and the matter is still not finalized. The manager had until today not contacted us at all or try to solve the matter.
