Evan helped us technically challenged oldies to connect headphones to the TV

We bought headphones for my husband online. Because our TV is an older model and we are technically challenged, we couldn't work out how to connect them - took them to three different sound stores in Pinetown and they couldn't do it either. Evan from Sound and Cinema recommended we buy an adaptor and agreed to help us connect on a Whatsapp Video call. After 15 min he patiently took us through connecting the adaptor and cables to the TV and Voila! the headphones are working. Great service Evan - thank you for helping us oldies who are a bit technically challenged!
