No after sale service!

Dont use Sound and Base in Springs. They installed and supp**** an extra view decoder just under a year ago. Continuous problems that we have to phone DSTV every month to reset due to no connection. Apparently as per DSTV the decoder might be faulty. Phoned Jacos team 4 or 5 times. Was told cable needed changing and they were going to charge us call out and cable. They came out and reset unit. Was fine for 1 month back to same problem again. Phoned them again yesterday and they said they would come back to us.. still waiting. Surely this does not happen with every extra view user??? Where is the after care service????
