Worst spa experience ever!

Officialy had the worst spa experience of my life! If I had to give Soulstice Day Spa in Lynwood Lombardi a rating it will be -100! Thought of taking my daughter for a surprise birthday spa day but it was a disaster from start to finish, in fact we couldn't leave fast enough! I normally enjoy Octavia Spa at Emperor's palace and was told that this is their "sister" spa but it doesn't even come close!! Floors and swimming pools were filthy, staff is unproffesional and unorganized, no facilities are working due to power outage! If you can't function properly, rather close down for the period. We as clients pay 2 1/2 time more for treatments as we believe that the facilities will make up for the price difference and without these facilities these prices are a total *******! Should you want to treat yourself or someone special please avoid this place!
