WORST SPA EXPERIENCE AT SOULSTICE DAY SPA PRETORIA AT LOMBARDY

I booked an appointment for my partner and I at Soulstice Day Spa Pretoria for 16 June 2022 at 15:45. They require you to be there 30 minutes prior to the appointment, we arrived at 15:08 which is in excess of 30 minutes before the appointment. When checking in the lady at reception was quite dismissive and hardly paid attention to me. Another lady came to show us around the spa, she seemed uninterested and only showed us the changing rooms. We waited until 16:15 which was 30 minutes after our appointment, no one had attended to us until then. A different lady came to speak to us only when we were leaving to tell us that the the****** is finally ready for us, she didn’t even apologise for making us wait and no one attending to us. Horrible experience, we ended up not even receiving the massages. Worst Spa experience I have ever had.
