Poor service by front desk

Great the******s and great place but very disappointed at front desk. Check in and Checkout process very inefficient and uncomfortable. Front desk doesn’t know what they are doing. Poor service from them. Booked for 3 and we all left disappointed.

During check out you will get harassed to prove payment even when issues occurs on their side. The manager ruined the whole experience as she will argue with clients than ensuring nice experience. Don’t think I’ll go back again.
