Money wasted at Soulstice Day Spa Pretoria

Sadly l didn’t read the reviews on Hello Peter before booking my husband and myself a, what l thought world be a treat, at Soulstice Day Spa Pretoria. Our massage was done by 2 ladies who massages us absent mindedly. Their fingers and hands slowly coming to a stop ad if they were distracted. What a total disappointment. The sauna was dirty, had what looked like rat dripping against the wall. The steam room, they claimed was cleaned in the morning before our9am appointment, has old hairclips on the floor and bench and tufts if weave laying on the bench. The towels were were given to dry ourselves with at the sauna were threadbare and 1 had a hole in it. The service was so unprofessional and the receptionist made checking in a complete nightmare. The other staff were very abrupt, unfriendly and unpleasant. My husband showered in the change rooms and could not find a single towel to dry himself with. Upon checking out, we insisted on speaking to a manager. She listen to our complained and said that we world be getting a review email where l could bring our concerns to Soulstice’s attention. This never happened. I emailed their info email address and requested this email be sent. I’m still wait ing for the promised off a call and that elusive email. We spent R6000 at that Spa. A total regret!!! I would definitely not recommend Soulstice Day Spa Pretoria!
