HORRIBLE SERVICE, left us feeling UNWELCOME and UNWANTED

The service here is disgusting and would definitely not recommend spending your time and money here!!!

Walking in was not a friendly welcome, as the front desk employees would not even smile at you nor look at you while booking in.

The treatment was relaxing and the lady giving the massage was friendly but booking together as a couple we thought we would have our massages together, we were instead put in 2 separate rooms, which was a bit disappointing.

We then stayed a little while after the massages to enjoy their facilities, about 30 min in, a very unfriendly lady from reception came to ask for our booking name and waited for a long pause in front of us, which made us feel as if she was trying to edge us to leave and as if we were staying there for too long and taking up their space for other bookings. This made me feel very embarrassed and unwelcome. So immediately after we went to get changed.

I then couldn't remember my password I had put on my locker in the changing room, so I had to ask for assistance and was still treated badly as I could see the lady was getting irritated and annoyed, she looked at me as if i was stupid. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Upon paying at check out you could see the front office staff were talking about us before the time, which made it very awkward standing there. Again they were very rude and did not smile nor even look at us in the face.

Leaving that place was a breath of fresh air as we felt that we were not being watched any longer. The reception staff made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable during our stay and had horrible snobbish attitudes that made us feel as if they were doing US a favour. Their attitude and demeanor is appalling, which is a pity as the property is beautiful.
