Horrible service

Horrible massage that is even below substandard. Dirty ladies toilets and a manager who gave me a look like I don’t know what I’m talking about. No wonder they are sitting with such bad reviews it’s because of the attitude that’s in the demeanour of their staff when interacting with clients. That includes the their manager Shadley. What a waste of our time and money. My 16 year old would have done a better job than that.
