Work but no pay

<p>I recently attended a "working Interview" for the Soulstice Day Spa at Silverstar Casino, worked my ass off for 9.5 hours, took a 10 min break to get lunch and they refuse to pay me for my duties, plus they labout lawyer doesnt even bother to get back to you, they say it was a working interview. As per the Labour Law "Equal Pay for Equal hours worked". I think they should look into that, or is working interviews as they call it always scheduled for a Saturday for an extra set of hands with no pay - PATHETIC. One would thing that it being a popular, upmarket Spa that they would have their ducks in a row - clearly not !!!!</p>
