I went for a facial and to my surprise while in the middle of the treatment I was informed that the moisturising mask was not included in the price anymore. This is now an additional charge. I find this very *********. The price went up and the reason I choose this treatment is now an additional charge. It is now almost double for the same treatment. I would never have booked if I knew this beforehand. The main reason for this particular treatment was now excluded with an additional charge. You pay more but get less. Who wants to pay R720 for a basic facial. Sadly I left with my skin being dryer than when I went in for the moisturising treatment. Be aware if this new practice at Soulstice!
