unhappy customer

<p>A diad laser was advertised for Soul serenity day spa on Groupon. After convincing my fiance that it was precisely what i wanted, he bought me the groupon for large, medium and small areas for hair removal laser, with six sessions each. Their service is not great, they do not answer the phonnes nor emails. After one session where i had to pay extra for a large area, they had a problem with the machine. I have been out of the country and have asked for a refund, i have yet to hear back from them. It feels as if they just stole my money.</p>
