Disappointed almost first time client

Disappointed almost 1st time client Didn't understand messages or booking. Manners of lady doing nails and welcoming non existed. Arrived 19 minutes earlier for prep and signing disclaimer. 10 minutes after appointment time (30 minutes total wait) still no communication. I left without doing treatment. Extremely busy spa that does not need your business.
