Burnt My Face with Steam Machine

<p>This spa is very far from the name suggest. The webiste is very deceiving and position the spa to be very professional. I booked a facial and from the time I drove in was a disappointed</p> <p>However I gave the place the benefit of the doubt. </p> <p>The the****** put the steam machine and here I am trusting all is in order. The machine was faulty and boiling hot water from machine ended up on my face. </p> <p>The spa did not have an emergency kit to assist, not even burn aid or aloe gel.</p> <p>The owners response was pathetic, here I am standing with my face on fire and she is asking her staff what happen and trying to figure out what is wrong with her machine. Very little concern to the damages caused.</p> <p>I had to leave cause I could see if I stood there any longer it wasnt going to help my face.</p> <p>The owner has not even called to check up on me or even apologised. Which I think is even worst, accidents happen but the action is very, very sad.</p> <p>Her staff member did run after to me to apologise.</p> <p>I think the website makes you feel more relaxed vs the actual spa.</p> <p>http://soulserenityspa.co.za/</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
