Soul Scents terrible service and essentially non-existent

I purchased Dolce and Gabanna The One (EDT) from their website. Item took over two months to be delivered from Pretoria to KZN. Upon arrival, the actual item received was a Counterfeit Dolce and Gabanna The One (EDP) which essentially smelt like raw alcohol. The web page is down and the individuals can no longer be located.
