SOUL SCENTS ****

After placing and paying for my order on the 21st of April, and waiting on the given delivery time (3-5 days) I have yet not received my order nor any communication regarding delivery. I have reached out multiple times on their online chat, emails sent, and what's app messages, but with failed responses. Which lead me to seek alternative action. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS ONLINE STORE as it appears to be a ****, and not what they claim to be. I have investigators investigating their IP and appear to have some leads, also their cyber ***** team will investigate the matter further.
