Biggest **** of 2023

I placed an order for 2 * JIMMY CHOO and 1 * Tom FORD and paid online R1497 on 02 May 2023. The order status on their website after 2 weeks still showing as waiting fulfillment. I then wrote an email to enquire on the 10 May 2023, a response was they were having issues with stock and my order will be delivered that week else I will get a refund. Today 24th May 2023, their website is not working, NEVER received my order nor got my refund back.
