Soul Private Collection won’t pay me my money back

I paid a deposit and secured accommodation with them for one of their establishments. I then found out the establishment has closed via the internet. I then wrote to them wanting my deposit back. After numerous communications via different media, reviews and complaints, they eventually responded that they will pay me my deposit. To this day they have not paid me back and they have gone quiet again.
