Please do not book with this group, they are not a legit business. My booking for Knysna Heads was randomly canceled by them a month ago and I still do not have my refund. I responded with all the paperwork they needed the same day, to Lana G and the accounts email address they provided. More than a month later the refund has not been processed. A bunch of ********. I call the office daily and no one ever picks up the phone. The emails are also ignored.
