Soul On The Heads Knysna closed and no refund

I booked accommodation and paid a deposit for Soul on the Heads in Knysna. I learnt from google that the place has been permanently closed. They have not told me nor have they given me my deposit back. I have been trying to make contact with the Soul private collection group on many platforms, they are not responding. I need them to pay my deposit back.
