One of hotels closed down & no notice was given to guests who booked & no one is responding abt our deposit

Do Not book any hotel under this hotel collection. We booked a place at one of the hotels in Knysna “Soul On The Head” in March for Nov. Last week when I tried to call to make few changes on the booking non of the numbers were going thru. When we tried to check on google, found out that establishment has been permanently closed. Not a single communication to the guests who booked. Have sent emails to Souls Private collection & no response. The person who answered their cell number said we can drop a watsap they will get back after a meeting nothing. No is responding to emails, calls, whatsa & Social media DMs. All we want is a a refund and how do you explaining closing one hotel & dont even give notice to guests who booked?
