Not recommended!

An absolute nightmare. We arrived on a Saturday night at 6pm. The gate was opened for us by either the gardener or builder, not sure which but upon entering the premises it was a building site (obviously renovating but we were not told this in advance otherwise we would not have booked). There was a lady, barefoot, screaming on the phone to someone so we sat in the car for about 5 minutes wondering what to do next. We got out of the car and the lady was up and down the stairs, still barefoot and on the phone. When we reached reception she came to us, gave me the phone and said the owner wants to speak to me. The owner told me they couldn't find the key to our room and it would take at least half an hour to make up another room. She offered to cancel our booking and phone bookings.com for a refund. We obviously accepted not wanting to stay there anymore. 18.30pm we had to search for a new place to stay and we had an appointment at 7pm. We found another wonderful place. The owner phoned me back about an hour later stating the refund was approved. Bookings.com refunded me the next day. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even when the renovation is done. Small yard in a neighbourhood with no signage. Looks nothing like the pictures, from what we could see.
