Soulband dissappeared with my funds

I'm so disappointed by this store, 3days after I have placed an order they dissappeared. I lost R849.80. So annoyed by them for accepting my order, take my money and dissappear. They are nowhere to be found, my heart is sore for my money. Where are they?
