Terrible experience avoid this host

I booked a stay in Cape Town with the Sougheted from a host called Jonathan . Made bookings through Airbnb for April but I decided to cancel because of unforeseeable circumstances , well within the cancellation period. I contacted Jonathan for a refund, and he instructed me to cancel through Airbnb, which I did. Despite my cancellation and refund request, Jonathan did not respond, and I have yet to receive any feedback or refund.

To make matters worse, even the Airbnb support team attempted to contact him without success. Jonathan has effectively taken my money for a service I did not use and has shown complete disregard for customer service.

He is unresponsive and does not care about his guests' concerns or their money. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable host.
