Stay away!

I absolutely cannot recommend Soughted. The company and the constantly changing staff seem completely overwhelmed and have no real understanding of the business. Clear instructions were repeatedly ignored, resulting in unnecessary costs that I had to pay. What’s especially alarming is a serious data protection breach: financial information of other clients was sent to me in an Excel sheet. This must never happen under any circumstances.

The costs for cleaning, towels, and other services are extremely high. The only ones who profit here are the company itself.

The customer service is unprofessional and disrespectful; inquiries are mostly ignored, and emails are rarely or never answered.

Honestly, one star is still too generous. Never again.
