Soughted Property Management failing after rebrand
I have never in my life experienced service like this! I booked into an apartment on Tuesday which is not up to standard. The wifi is not working. The chairs are broken, the couch is dirty and burnt with cigarets. The apartment is also infested with ****roaches. I have been in contact since I booked in and NOTHING has been fixed. It's been three days after my complaints has been lodged and the only answers I have received is that the host is working remotely and I should expect delays in responses? To Thokozani who came over to give me a reed diffuser to help with the fowl smell, thank you. To Duncan, Jamie and Loraine, I expect answers from you ASAP. Wonderful job you are doing just after a rebrand...
