****s, poor service, poor communication don't book them

These people are ****ty, customer service is ****ty, their properties are sub standard, nothing like the pics. I booked a stay with my family, what a ****ty it was because of them. Lauren is so unprofessional. Their office agents will frustrate the **** out of you. If I could I rate them a -100, I'll never book through them again. Empty promises and unreliable service.
