Disruptive Tenants Introduced by Soughted Management Company.

Our property in Baviaans Kloof, Hout Bay, is situated two sites away from a property managed by Soughted Property Management. Unfortunately, our experience with the activities at this managed property has been extremely negative.

The tenants frequently host late-night gatherings involving excessive noise, alcohol consumption, and general disorder—often continuing into the early hours of the morning. This ongoing disruption has significantly affected the peace and quality of life of nearby residents, including families with children and elderly neighbors.

Recently, the situation escalated to the point where the South African Police Service had to intervene around 2 a.m. to remove individuals from the premises due to public disturbance.

What was once a quiet, upmarket neighborhood has been negatively impacted by these repeated incidents. Based on these experiences, I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this property management firm.
