Disappointing

So this was the first time entering the world of short term rentals. Which I understand is not without its challenges, still I was really disappointed at the services rendered by Soughted property management. The flat was situated in a complex, not uncommon, however the number of complaints I got from the trustees was unending. It seems as though guests were not properly orientated by the managing company, they would park in other people’s garages or just blatantly block garages. There was one incident with noise, where desperate residents phoned me at 2 am to complain and after phoning multiple numbers at sought eventually I got hold of someone who said they couldn’t help. Furniture has gone missing from the flat- how does a large antique chair just vanish?? And the final straw were guests who reversed into the wall/ sliding gate causing considerable damage, which was caught on camera. Sought could not successfully get compensation from air BnB…so in short, no I would not recommend this company!
