*********** and extremely unresponsive

An apartment managed by Soughted property management that I had stayed at in Seapoint (22 St. John’s road) was infested with ****roaches. The management agency made little to no effort to correct the issue. They simply sent over a woman with a room fogger, which did not help with the roach issue as it turned out, it was a larger roach infestation of the entire building and the top floor on which the apartment is situated. Attached are pictures of the multiple roaches that I had found around the apartment as well as outside in the courtyard. The agency also neglected to mention that the apartment building’s elevator was not operational (an important point to mention as this apartment was located on the fifth floor). My concerns were all met with delayed responses and no solutions.
