Shocking state of accommodation

Stayed at Sothemba Lodge for 1 night. Would've left immediately after viewing the cottage if my house was not 3 hours away. Run down accommodation, and extremely dirty. Old coffee in mugs on the shelf, old fat on braai tongues. Solar fridge not working. Carport made of tarpaulin loose and blown around through the night made such a noise we could not sleep. Pricing of R900 per night shocking for what you get. Owner offered free accommodation when I complained but I will not stay there again. Feel done in and lost R900 for a bad experience. This is definitely not luxury accommodation as claimed on their website.
