Threat to vacant the rental house

<p>We are renting a town house for R5500 a month in Alberton Albertsdal complex called Albertsdal Heights. Our house unit address is 21 Albertros cove. We behind with one month payment. We requested to them give us just a month to recover because I had a funeral burial to do at home where I had to make sure it's done. I had no alternative. </p> <p>So now the agent name Leigh is constant threatening us that definitely end of August we will be out of the house. </p> <p>She didn't issue us a written letter of 20days to warn us as the contract stipulate section 58. What she is doing is fighting and not communicating with us in a professional way. She calls and just say whatever comes to her head. </p> <p>What is best should we do now because we still want to keep the house </p>
