Refund not received - Promise not kept

I write this as a last resort to my unresolved issue. I had purchased my property in Douglasdale last year August. Your agent Mr Tony Clarke ( ********** ) from your Fourways branch, was very helpful and i was happy with the service until i encountered a broken window upon me moving in. When I checked with the managing agents of the complex, they informed me that this will be for my own account and to repair myself. The frame had broken off from the window which is quite dangerous. I had informed Tony who advised that I repair at my own cost and he would re-reimburse me. The total cost to repair was R1340.00. At that stage i was not sure whether the previous tenants deposit was held back and i will be compensated from there. To date, i still have not received my refund. I had called Tony daily with promises that i will get refunded and that he would contact the owner. It is not my problem where the money came from, even if it came out of the commission that i paid him. I just want what was promised and agreed to me. Please can someone contact me regarding this. I am tired of begging for my own money that is due to me. This is not how you are supposed to treat your customers.
