Is this what you call professionalism?? Harassment

Good day. This is written complaint on one of the agents called Talana. I enquired during the whole of last week on homes to rent with different agents. I was supposed to meet up with Talana this past Tuesday but due to unforeseen circumstances, the viewing of the house could not take place from myside. This lady has the audacity to ask for commission and if i don't pay then she's getting the lawyers involved. I never signed any documents which stipulated these terms and conditions and after i told her i wasnt interested anymore before she wasnt the first agent i enquired with due to the price difference. She's been harassing me with emails about commission and this is supposed to be professionalism. I also have a lawyer and told her this is bribery. She even smsed me to say this is a conflict of interest and if its my details shes taking it further with an exclamation mark. Have all the emails and smses and even blocked her. Just thought I'd bring this to management attention. Thanks.
