A friend and I enquired about a property rental, we viewed the property and confirmed that we would like to take it. The agent that did rentals requested we sign document's and send supporting documents to process the application. We set a date for the move and kept calling the agent to find out if all the documents were in order. On the day of the planned move we were meant to finalise everything, when we called the agent she was not answering her phone. We eventually went into the office and she wasn't in neither could they contact her. According to the company all our documents were not complete and nothing was processed. We were left stranded and had to cancel with the moving company. We spoke to the manager and had to resend all our documents. The company further gave many excuses to why we were not suitable to rent the property even though both the lessees has good credit standings and I have rented an apartment before; alone for more than this current property would cost and had never been late eith any of my payment's. The employees have no regard for our time and do not respect that we have work commitments. The service shown to us is unacceptable.
