Empty promises and false accusations from agent

I recently had the misfortune of having to deal with Debbie Minnie from the above estate agency. After months of providing negligent, poor service and empty promises, I made the decision to move to another property as I could not put up with it any longer. My deposit refund was drawn out to one month to the date. Lease agreement says 14 days. After numerous emails to follow up and conversations on whatsapp, this particular agent reverted to false accusations in order to hide incompetence. Such a pity that an agency like Sotheby's name are dragged thru the mud because of incompentence.
