Don't trust the rental contract ...or the word of the agent

What I am most upset about is that the agent rides slipshod over the agreement. We ended having a huge amount taken off our deposit despite the agent saying all was fine. Then the owner complained and behind our back suddenly all sorts of expenses were taken off. No arbitration ..we were had!! We rented via the Tokai office
